As club manager at Anytime Fitness I received the Customer Service Award for having the highest level of customer satisfaction in our gym system. If I learned one thing from that experience it would be the importance of gathering customer feedback and responding promptly. Each party that has stayed at Overlook has filled out a feedback form upon checking out and on turnover day, Toby and I, take the form and address everything possible right away. So far this season, we have had requests for fans and curtains. So, we have fans in each bedroom now and look at the beautiful drapes for the windows! When guests come back next summer, I want them to see the improvements and know that we listen to their needs. Thank you to everyone who has given us feedback and reviews online, it really helps us grow as a business.
