There are a lot of variables that come into play when planning your dream wedding. Every article you read will claim that they know which vendor or wedding item the couple should spend the most money on to guarantee a great atmosphere. In our experience, Toby and I agree that your venue, photographer, a coordinator and tent company are extremely important. It may seem overwhelming, but use your local resources. Most committed wedding professionals are willing to connect their couples with their area's wedding pros. Toby and I want to give credit to Marshall Tent and Event Rental for the gorgeous farm table and chairs that they provided with less than a weeks notice. They have such a responsive staff and amazing tent selections! Also, the adorable party favors came from Eventide Specialties in Boothbay Harbor. Who doesn't love olive oil and vinegar samples? The decorations and setup are visual masterpieces of Wendy Caron (Dragonfly Services) and Brittany Bugaj (Brittany Rae Photography). The delicious Maine lobster was provided by our local Red Claw Lobster Bakes! All that being said, the bottom-line is an experienced, local wedding team will guarantee a laid-back and memorable wedding day for everyone involved. When you're planning your wedding, don't hesitate to ask the pros for advice on where money is best spent and who you should be working with! Happy Friday!
