The property has a large lawn and ample parking space. We can support up to 125 wedding guests.
The couple is responsible for renting a tent for any outdoor entertaining. The indoor space can accommodate no more than 25 people (tables/chairs would need to be rented).
Overlook offers 4 bedrooms and a Bridal Suite. The Bridal Suite has been created to give the couples a luxurious and comfortable experience. It is also a bright, naturally light space for the infamous "getting ready photos".
Portable bathrooms are provided with The Wedding Package. These bathrooms are designed for events with flushable toilets, a sink and more appealing appearances. Handicap bathrooms must be requested. This package also includes 13 hours with a wedding coordinator that has worked on our property many times. Wedding parties of over 50 guests are required to have a coordinator.
Georgetown's noise ordinance states that bands and DJ services cease playing at 10PM. All other forms of music may be turned down to a lower volume until 11PM.
All vendors must be licensed and insured. Vendors are responsible for all event waste/recycling removal. We hold the same rules for the vendors that we do for our guests, ex. No Smoking. Please, see our Cultivating You Team page for some local vendors that we love.
We welcome pets! We have a pet waiver that can be signed so that your fur-friend can join you on your special day. We ask for non-aggressive breeds and retain the right to be selective, if needed.
Check-in is at 3PM and check-out is at 10AM. Please, keep these times in mind when planning your stay. Vendors must be willing to pick up rental items on Sunday.
